Clara Sarabando has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 1996, they worked as a Trainer in computer science for the I.E.F.P. until 2003.

From 2004 to 2007, they were the Pedagogical leader and trainer at Inforfácil, a computer training center. Clara was responsible for preparing programmatic contents and technical manuals for Microsoft Office formations.

In 2007, they joined Club7 Ginásios as an IT Systems Technician, supporting software and hardware upgrades and implementing application improvements until 2015.

From 2015 to 2017, Clara worked as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Faurecia, providing remote helpdesk support for users in multiple countries. Their responsibilities included technical first level support, troubleshooting, access management, and escalation of incidents.

In 2017, Clara held the role of Senior IT Consultant at both Altran and Natixis Bank, where they provided IT consulting services.

Since 2019, Clara has been working at Fuze, initially as a Technical Support Engineer and now as a Technical Account Manager.

Clara Sarabando's education history includes various certifications and degrees in different fields. Clara has obtained the "@ITIL Foundation Certificate" in IT Service Management from AXELOS - Global Best Practice. Additionally, Clara holds a professional computing trainer certificate from I.E.F.P. in the field of professional computing training.

In terms of their formal education, Clara attended the Universidade de Aveiro from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they pursued studies in Biology with a focus on the research branch. Clara also holds a certificate of executive secretary in the industrial branch from the Aveiro Industry Association. Furthermore, they have a technical and human resources management certificate from the same association. Clara has also obtained a certification as a professional trainer of physical exercise from the Portuguese Institute of Sports.
