Ramleen Kaur has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Ramleen began as a Summer Analyst at Doordarshan Kendra in 2015, where they gained experience in data interpretation and reporting. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd, where they focused on signaling and signal processing for a train system. Ramleen also created dashboards and generated progress reports using Excel.

Ramleen Kaur has a diverse educational background. Ramleen started their education journey in 2013 at Guru Teg Bahadur Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2017. During their time there, they also pursued a Diploma in French Language and Literature at St. Stephen's College from 2015 to 2016, as well as a Certificate in French Language and Literature from the same institution in 2014 to 2015.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Ramleen went on to pursue a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Ottawa from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Ramleen has obtained several certifications. Ramleen is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) since September 2019. Ramleen also holds the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, obtained in October 2021.
