Phyllis Archer, MHRM has held various roles within the customer service, sales, and admissions departments of several companies. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Fuzzy. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at Adtalem Global Education, where they held the roles of Director of Inside Sales and Customer Service, Manager of Chat Services, and Assistant Director of Admissions. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at BP, where they held the roles of Technical Team Lead and Settlement/Chargeback Analyst. In each of their roles, they were responsible for managing daily operations, providing leadership and direction to staff, recruiting, interviewing, and training personnel, as well as resolving workflow gaps and developing personal growth for more than 50 direct and indirect reports.
Phyllis Archer, MHRM completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwood University between 2002 and 2005. Phyllis then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Experience Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2013 and 2017. Phyllis also attended the Disney Institute at WALT DISNEY WORLD COLLEGE.
