Kenika Ongajsittigul has a strong background in customer experience and project management. Kenika is currently working at FWD Insurance as the Lead of Customer Experience, where they are responsible for developing strategies and initiatives to improve customer experience using data analytics and customer insights. Previously, they worked at Tencent Thailand as a Senior Manager - Product Owner and at Kasikorn Bank and Standard Chartered Bank in various project management and customer service roles.

Kenika Ongajsittigul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, which was obtained from 2002 to 2006.
