Nicolas Villarruz III

Nicolas Villarruz III has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nicolas began their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative at ePLDT Ventus, where they provided information about products and services, processed orders, and resolved customer complaints.

In 2010, Nicolas joined Teleperformance as a Technical Support Representative, where they handled various telecommunications products and services for customers across the United States. Nicolas later took on roles as a Reports Analyst, creating reporting templates and conducting analyses to meet operational and business needs. Nicolas also served as a Reports Supervisor, directing and coordinating activities related to business reports analysis.

In 2015, Nicolas joined FWD Insurance as a Business Analyst for Agency Distribution. Nicolas transitioned to the role of Distribution MIS Lead and later became the Head of Distribution MIS and Compensation, overseeing the management information system and compensation aspects of distribution. In 2020, Nicolas took on the role of Head of Business Solutions for Administrative Tools, and in 2021, they became the Head of Distribution Reporting and Analytics.

Throughout their career, Nicolas has demonstrated their proficiency in data analysis, report creation, and process improvement. With their MBA and MCSE certifications, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.

Nicolas Villarruz III holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from PATTS College of Aeronautics, which was obtained from 2005 to 2009. Nicolas later pursued further education at Ateneo de Manila University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, Nicolas also completed a Six Sigma Green Belt certification program at Ateneo de Manila University. Additionally, they have several professional certifications, including Certified Customer Service Provider (CSP) from COPC Inc., Certified Data Management Professional from ICCP, Certified Outsource Service Provider from COPC Inc., DELE B2 (Intermidio) Avanzado from Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera - Instituto Cervantes de Manila, and Professional in Business Analysis from PMI TR.
