Simeon Preston

Sim joined FWD in March 2020 as Managing Director and Group Chief Operating Officer and leads FWD Group’s customer, marketing, operations, product, digital, technology and transformation teams. He is an international leader in life and health insurance, with over 20 years’ expertise in growth markets and hands-on experience marrying financial services with technology to deliver lasting change. Sim has over 16 years’ insurance industry experience in Asia. Prior to joining FWD Sim held the position of CEO International Markets for Bupa, where he led the business’ operations in Asia, Middle East and Americas. He was previously Group Chief Operations Officer for AIA.
