Dean Bauer

Dean Bauer is a seasoned sales and operations professional with extensive experience in the swimming pool and spa industry. Currently serving as Territory Sales Manager at Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. since December 2021, and concurrently holding the same title at FWP Pool and Spa Wholesale Distributor since February 2017, Dean has a strong background in sales management. Previously, Dean managed branch operations at Pool and Electrical Products, Florida Water Products, and American Pool Supply, overseeing service, maintenance, inside sales, and logistics from October 2014 to February 2017. Dean also operated Bauer Pools of Central Texas in 2014-2015, where responsibilities included servicing and maintaining a route of residential and one commercial pool. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
