Zahir Mosaib

Zahir Mosaib has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and cloud computing. Zahir started their career in 2013 as an IT Technician at Hakenkreuz Informatics, where they were responsible for computer maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and assisting customers with software-related issues.

In 2015, Zahir joined Process Fusion Inc. as a Systems Engineer. During their time there, they developed PowerShell and Batch scripts for automation, worked on system integration tasks, and acted as the main Azure contact for resolving queries and issues faced by the development, QA, and executive teams. Zahir also handled various Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Azure VPN, and Peering.

In 2021, Zahir joined Northbridge Financial Corporation as a Cloud Engineer. In this role, they designed, developed, administered, and managed the Azure infrastructure. Zahir was responsible for deploying and supporting the Azure Virtual Desktop environment for offshore users and worked with a wide range of Azure services, including virtual machines, app services, load balancers, and Azure SQL offerings.

Currently, Zahir is working remotely as a Cloud Specialist at FX Innovation. Zahir is serving as a bilingual (French) Azure consultant for the National Bank of Canada in Montreal. Zahir'smain responsibility is to improve the overall architecture and security posture of their Azure Cloud. Zahir also assists in onboarding different departments and migrating from on-premise to Azure.

Zahir Mosaib has a diverse educational background. In 2013, they attended Humber College and obtained a diploma in Computer Programming, completing their studies in 2015.

In 2023, Zahir pursued further education at MIT xPRO, where they obtained a certification in Project Management. This certification was completed within the same year.

In addition to their formal education, Zahir has obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2015, they became a RightFax Support Technician and obtained the RightFax Authorized Support Provider certification from OpenText. Following this, in 2016, Zahir became an AutoStore Certified Administrator from Nuance Communications.

In 2017, they obtained the Exam 410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 certification from Microsoft. Zahir further expanded their knowledge and skills by completing the AZ-100 Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Deployment certification from Microsoft in 2019. Additionally, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty certification in 2019 and 2022, respectively.

Most recently, Zahir obtained the Managing Complex Projects and Organization certification from MIT xPRO in May 2023.
