Iliana Castillo Nava is an experienced Customer Care Engineer with a strong background in quality assurance and engineering. Currently employed at FXI since March 2019, Iliana previously worked as a Customer Care Engineer at ITW from June 2018 to February 2019. Prior to this, a tenure as a Quality Engineer at Lear Corporation lasted from November 2011 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing customer complaints and providing timely solutions in collaboration with team members. Iliana also gained early experience as a Product Engineer Clerk at Federal-Mogul Corporation from September 2010 to November 2011. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez, obtained from 2005 to 2010.
