Mirela Baba

Mirela Baba currently serves as Global Director Total Rewards at Fyffes since March 2022, where responsibilities include establishing the compensation and benefits baseline and developing the global rewards strategy. Prior to this role, Mirela was Total Rewards Manager at L’OCCITANE Group from March 2019 to January 2022, focusing on global job grading structures and competitive pay frameworks. Mirela has significant experience in the EMEA region as Director Compensation at Bunge, managing compensation and mobility programs, and held the position of Global Compensation Manager at Colgate Palmolive, overseeing compensation strategies across multiple regions. Additionally, Mirela began a career in expatriate tax advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mirela holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania.
