Caspar Gross

Caspar Gross is an investment professional with extensive experience in climate-tech and venture capital. Currently, Caspar is part of the Investment Team at G-Force, a venture capital firm focused on climate-tech startups, and serves as a Venture Partner at Climate Insiders, a rapidly growing climate-tech syndicate. Previously, Caspar was a Newton Venture Fellow with the Newton Venture Program, which aims to diversify venture capital representation. Additional experience includes a company-sponsored dissertation at the European Investment Fund, participation in the Enterprise Foundation Programme at Edinburgh Innovations, mentorship with Prosper Social Finance, and prior roles as an M&A Analyst at Deloitte and Investment Banking Analyst at Berenberg. Caspar holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Edinburgh Business School.
