Olav Peeters

Olav Peeters is an experienced GIS Architect currently working at GIM - smart geo insights since January 2023. Prior to this role, Olav served as a GIS Architect at SIGGIS from November 2021 to December 2022 and as a System Architect at the Belgian Interregional Environment Agency (IRCEL-CELINE) for 13 years, from September 2009 to September 2022. Olav also held the position of Geospatial Architect at Localyse for a brief period in 2021 and was a project coordinator at Vlaamse Landmaatschappij in 2008-2009. Olav Peeters holds a Master's degree in Human Ecology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2003-2005) and a Master's degree in Comparative Science of Cultures from Ghent University (1999-2002).
