Sonia Hernandez Ponce de Leon

Sonia Hernandez Ponce de Leon has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within human resources. Their current position is Director of Talent Management at Liberty Latin America, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as Senior Director of Human Resources at adidas from August 2018 to April 2021. From 2013 to 2018, they served as Executive Director of Human Resources at Talent Connect Consulting, where they focused on developing and implementing HR solutions to improve companies' competitiveness and business results. Before that, they held positions at Procter & Gamble, including Functional Senior HR Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Organization Development Manager, and Recruiting Supervisor, spanning from 1999 to 2013.

Sonia Hernandez Ponce de Leon's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Colegio Mater Salvatoris in 1993.
