Zulaika Jeandor

Zulaika Jeandor has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Most notably, they served as the Director of Compensation at Liberty Latin America from 2015. In this role, they were responsible for designing and executing compensation programs for a global company with over 7,000 employees in the Latin America and Caribbean region. Zulaika successfully implemented a job architecture system across 27 countries, reducing job evaluation requests by 25% and turnaround time by 50%.

Prior to this, they worked at Citrix as a Senior Compensation Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Here, they designed and implemented compensation programs for a global company with over 9,000 employees in multiple regions. Zulaika also worked at FedEx Express as a Compensation Advisor from 2006 to 2013. During their tenure, they led the execution of Compensation & Benefits for an acquired business in Brazil, resulting in a Five Star Award for outstanding leadership.

Earlier in their career, Zulaika held roles at Office Depot, Xerox, and American Airlines. These positions involved responsibilities such as administering incentive pay programs, developing Total Rewards solutions, and managing Total Rewards for clients outsourcing their programs.

Throughout their career, Zulaika has demonstrated expertise in compensation design, program implementation, and strategic planning. Zulaika has successfully led and managed teams, implemented innovative solutions, and achieved recognition for their outstanding leadership.

Zulaika Jeandor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Zulaika also holds a Master of Science degree in Management from the same university.
