Sem Blokland

Sem Blokland is an accomplished coach currently serving as the Hoofdcoach wedstrijdsectie lichte dames at G.S.R. 'Aegir' since November 2019. In addition to coaching, Sem Blokland has experience in marketing and communications, working with RUG Ventures since April 2021 and previously at VentureLab North from June 2022 to July 2023. Early career includes a role as a Retail Salesperson at IKEA from December 2018 to December 2019. Sem Blokland is pursuing higher education at the University of Groningen, with an MSc in Research Master in Economics and Business expected by July 2025, alongside a Master of Science in Marketing Management completed in 2024, and previous degrees in Psychology and Business Administration.
