Nathalie Milants

Nathalie Milants is an experienced QHSE professional currently serving as QHSE-S Project Manager at DEME Group since January 2021, focusing on project coordination, resource planning, audits, and incident investigations for offshore wind projects. Concurrently, Nathalie has been the QHSE Manager at G-tec, implementing and enhancing QHSE management systems in line with various ISO standards. Previously, Nathalie held the position of Senior Consultant at Intraco Consulting, where responsibilities included the establishment and maintenance of Quality, Safety, and Environment Management Systems and providing training on ISO/OHSAS standards. Furthermore, Nathalie has a solid background in training and consulting from Kiwa Jigam, and early career experience as an intern at the Institut Royal des Sciences Naturelles de Belgique. Nathalie holds degrees in Environmental Studies and Zoology, along with various qualifications in safety and prevention.
