Amy Mccormack

Amy McCormack serves as the Vice President, Talent at G2 Capital Advisors. In this role, she leads all human capital initiatives for the company including talent management, recruiting, total rewards, employee engagement and workforce compliance at G2. Her career has enabled her to design and execute scalable people strategies and talent management solutions for companies large and small during moderate to hyper-growth phases.

McCormack has held strategic human capital positions at management consulting organizations within the healthcare and financial services industry like Trinity Partners and Bain Capital. Prior to joining G2, McCormack most recently oversaw all Talent and HR operations at Beyond Finance and its affiliate partners across the US as Vice President, Human Resources.

Amy began her career in Human Resources and spent over a decade working at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Amy holds a B.S. degree in Mass Communications from the University of Hartford.
