Mike Angus

Mike Angus joined G2 Capital Advisors as a Senior Advisor in early 2020. Previously Mike served as the CFO of Opsec Security Group for nearly 20 years. OpSec Security Group is a private equity owned (formerly a UK public company listed on AIM). The Company is the leading provider of anti-counterfeiting technologies and services to governments and corporations worldwide. Additionally Mike serves as a board member of subsidiary Opsec companies in the USA, UK, Germany, China, Japan, Mozambique the Dominican Republic and Hong Kong.

Mike is a seasoned Senior Executive with extensive international board level experience in a CFO/COO role. He is an experienced presenter to boards, Private Equity ownership groups and the shareholder base of a public company with a strong track record of locating, completing and integrating acquisitions, raising equity and bank funding and short term cash flow management.
