Erwin del Castillo

Erwin Del Castillo has a diverse work experience in various companies. Erwin started their career at Tecnandina S.A. - Grünenthal in 2012, where they completed an apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade. Erwin then moved on to EMP Merchandising Handelsgesellschaft mbH, where they worked as a merchandiser and later as a trainee/working student in sales and marketing. In 2018, Erwin joined Spread Group as a licensing assistant and worked their way up to become a junior licensing specialist and then a business development manager licensing. Currently, they are employed at G2 Esports, where they have held roles such as licensing manager, interim head of consumer products, and currently as the head of consumer products.

Erwin Del Castillo completed their education as follows:

- From 2014 to 2018, they attended HTWK Leipzig and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration).

- From 2012 to 2014, they studied at the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Alemán and received a degree as Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel (Dreisprachig) (Merchant in Wholesale and Foreign Trade).

- Additionally, they hold certifications such as the Business English Certificate (Higher - C1) from Cambridge Assessment English and the Abitur from Colegio Antares. Erwin also received recognition as "Best Inbound Of The Year" from Rotary International.

- Other certifications include Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel from the Deutsch-Ecuadorianische Industrie- und Handelskammer (AHK Ecuador) and Sprachdiplom (C1) - Certificación de suficiencia del idioma Alemán from the Kultusministerkonferenz (KMK).
