Courtney McCaskey

Courtney McCaskey has a diverse work experience, starting as a Sales Associate at Hollister Co. in 2012 and later transitioning to roles in retail, inside sales, and research analysis. Courtney worked at Alumni Hall Stores as a Brand Representative and then at Tidewater Marine Electric, LLC as an Inside Sales Account Manager. In 2017, they joined WR Systems as a Program Analyst, where they worked until 2022. Most recently, Courtney served as the Program Management Directorate Lead at G2 Ops, Inc. before taking on the role of Director of Operations in 2023, where they are responsible for managing the company's operational vision and strategies. Additionally, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Old Dominion University from 2019 to 2021.

Courtney McCaskey earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from Virginia Tech in 2015. In 2021, they completed their Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Old Dominion University. Courtney also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences and Psychology from Virginia Tech, obtained in 2015. Additionally, Courtney obtained the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in 2022.
