Mark has over 33 years of experience in the aviation business. A graduate from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, he also received his certificate from University of Oxford for completing their business leader development Program. Mark entered the Airline Industry in the early 1980’s. During his more than 29 year career with American Airlines he held key leadership positions in Chicago, Orange County, Los Angeles, New York and Dallas. Mark’s leadership roles included Supervisor Budgets and Cost at Chicago, Manager Services at John Wayne Airport, Manager LAX Cargo Services, Manager LAX Ramp Services. Mark joined the Dallas/Ft. Worth Headquarters staff as Managing Director Airport Services overseeing airport policies and procedures for Passenger, Ramp and Cabin Services. He later filled the role of Managing Director US Canadian Division, Managing Director JFK Airport prior to returning to Dallas as Vice President Airport Services Planning. Mark has spent the last four years in an executive leadership capacity in the Aviation Service Provider role.
