Alvaro Garcia Gonzalez

Alvaro Garcia Gonzalez has held various leadership positions throughout their career. In 2008, they joined LATAM Airlines as Vice President of IT Business Integration. In 2015, they became the CIO of SMU S.A., overseeing multiple supermarket chains. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Technology at CODELCO - Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile, a position they assumed in 2019.

Alvaro Garcia Gonzalez earned a Licenciatura degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, where they studied from 1988 to 1993.
