Jennifer Gilland Armstrong

Jennifer Gilland Armstrong has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jennifer is currently working as a Talent Specialist at g2o, a digital experience and technology partner. In this role, they drive growth for companies and builds strong bonds between brands and customers.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Technical Recruiter at Information Control Corporation (ICC) from 1995 to 1998, sourcing candidates for contract openings in the Columbus and Cleveland markets. Jennifer also worked as a Corporate Recruiter at HAS, Inc. from 1994 to 1995, recruiting candidates for contract projects in Ohio.

Jennifer began their career as a Staffing Supervisor at CBS Personnel from 1992 to 1993, where they screened and interviewed applicants, assisted them in finding employment opportunities, and developed customer accounts.
