Sean Higgins

Sean Higgins is a Commercial Manager at G4S since September 2024, overseeing lifecycle projects within a portfolio of PFI contracts in healthcare and education. Prior to this role, Sean served as Commercial Manager at VIVO Defence Services from September 2021 to August 2024, managing accommodation maintenance contracts for military housing in the South East and South West regions. Additionally, Sean acted as Interim Commercial Manager, facilitating the mobilisation of VIVO’s Future Defence Infrastructure Services contracts. Earlier experience includes working as a Cost Auditor for Sodexo on the Department for Work and Pensions account and as a Commercial Assistant and Document Controller at Ibsecad. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
