Ekaterina Sharova

Ekaterina Sharova is a Senior Game UX Researcher at G5 Games® since September 2023, with extensive experience in user experience and strategic research. Previously, Sharova served as a Senior Strategic UX Researcher at ManyChat from April 2022 to June 2024, overseeing various UX/CX projects, including customer segmentation and journey mapping. Other roles include Research Team Lead at BCS Global Markets, where key customer needs were identified, and Customer Insights Specialist at Bayer, focusing on improving user experience through collaboration and administration of Salesforce. Sharova's career also includes mentoring UX research courses at the Higher School of Economics and early roles in customer management and technical project specifications.
