Toby Benson

Toby Benson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the music and entertainment industry. Toby co-founded Versa in 2018, specializing in talent partnerships, creative strategy, and event programming. Prior to that, Toby was the founder of Discord in 2015. Toby also worked as an artist manager and director of Asia Pacific at Activist Artists Management from 2018 to 2021. Toby served as the executive vice president at Control Music Group from 2014 to 2015, where they signed and managed platinum-selling and Grammy-winning artists, secured strategic investment deals, and organized the company's management structure. Before that, they held the roles of senior artist manager and director of digital marketing at Complete Control Management. In the latter role, they successfully grew Tiësto's Facebook platform and increased their following on social media. Toby is currently the co-head of Los Angeles at G7 Entertainment Marketing.

Toby Benson pursued their education at Berklee College of Music from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Music Business.
