Jonathan Zarzuela

Jonathan Zarzuela has extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Training & Development roles. Currently, Jonathan serves as the Training and Learning & Development Manager at GA Foods, where Jonathan has successfully designed training programs and leadership development initiatives. Prior to this, Jonathan held positions at Order, Acquire BPO, and Teleperformance, where Jonathan excelled in managing QA teams, implementing action plans, and overseeing quality assurance objectives. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Universidad APEC.
