Helaine Cristina Andreta Carvalho is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background across multiple companies. Currently serving as an Analista de Recursos Humanos Pleno at GA.MA Italy since October 2023, Helaine focuses on training development, recruitment alignment, and implementation of HR modules alongside the SP/Manaus team. Previous roles include Senior HR Analyst at Envision Tecnologia, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and Junior Personnel Administration Analyst at NAVA, where Helaine handled employee inquiries regarding electronic time tracking.
