Barry Humphries has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Barry began their career in the sales department of TL Walker Bearing Company, where they succeeded in growing a brand new territory and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Barry then transitioned to Gateway Ace Hardware, where they owned and managed the business, leading to increased inventories, revenues, profits, and cash flow. Afterward, Barry joined Administaff, initially as a Sales Consultant, where they quickly achieved recognition and promotion to District Manager. In this role, they developed regional sales strategies and annual business plans, exceeding ambitious goals and managing a large number of worksite employees. Following their time at Administaff, they worked at TriNet as a Regional Consultant before taking on the position of Regional Director of Sales at AlphaStaff. There, they formed partnerships with insurance producers to increase agency revenues and profits. Barry eventually joined G&A Partners as the Director of Sales in Houston, where they successfully managed the sales team. Throughout their various roles, Barry consistently demonstrated strong sales skills, leadership abilities, and a drive for results.
Barry Humphries attended the University of Houston from 1972 to 1975, where they studied Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Sales Coaching from LinkedIn in 2019, Certified Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Professional from the National Association of Health Underwriters in 2014, and General Lines Agent Life, Accident, Health and HMO from the Texas Department of Insurance in 2013.
