Sylvia Benavidez Fernald

Sylvia Benavidez Fernald, MBA, SHRM - SCP, is currently working as a Client Success Manager at G&A Partners since August 2021. Previously, Sylvia was the Co-Owner of retroDiode, LLC from January 2013 to September 2023, where they retrofit classic microscopes with LEDs using a 3D printed technique. Prior to that, Sylvia held roles at MilliporeSigma from January 2019 to July 2021 focusing on talent acquisition and training and development, and from May 2003 to December 2018 as a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner. Before their time at MilliporeSigma, Sylvia worked at the Kansas Judicial Branch and State of Kansas in various HR roles. Sylvia holds an MBA in Business from Washburn University and a BBA in Management.
