Teresa Ketner is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in client success and strategic HR advisory roles. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager and Sr. Strategic HR Advisor at G&A Partners since January 2022, Teresa has previously held significant positions such as Sr. HR Business Partner at ASG - Architectural Surfaces Group and HR Consultant as a self-employed contractor. Notable achievements include managing the Wellness Program for the City of Austin's Aviation Department and establishing the HR function for Berry Aviation, Inc. with a global workforce of 200. Teresa’s past tenure at ERCOT involved training and development, executing training programs, and leading projects for performance management systems. Beginning a career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Teresa progressed from HR Generalist to HR Regional Manager, overseeing HR functions for over 800 employees across multiple locations.
