Sahil Kapoor

Sahil Kapoor has a diverse work experience in different industries. Sahil is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Gaana since November 2021. Prior to that, Sahil worked at OYO from May 2019 to September 2021, where they held the role of Senior Program Manager. In this position, they drove strategy and revenue projects for the company, implemented new initiatives and projects, and played a key role in driving strategic business model shifts.

Before joining OYO, Sahil worked at Cognizant as a Key Account Manager in the Analytics Group from May 2016 to April 2019. In this role, they acted as a business consultant and analyst, providing solutions to analytics problems. Sahil worked on various projects, including an engagement program to improve customer experience for a leading fantasy sports platform and bringing a human-centric quotient to enhance customer experience at a leading theme park.

Sahil also gained marketing experience during their internship at Colgate-Palmolive in 2015. Sahil worked on a project to increase market share for the oral care category in modern trade stores. Their responsibilities included conducting market research, analyzing data, and proposing new strategies to customize stores and provide targeted promotional offers based on consumer profiles.

Sahil Kapoor completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. The specific dates for their Bachelor's Degree are unknown.
