Chris Keyes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, training, and human resources. Currently serving as Assistant Division Manager of Instructor Personnel at Gaba Corporation since August 2010, Chris co-oversees teacher recruitment, training, policy, administration, and payment for NOVA Language Company. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Service Quality, where Chris managed recruitment and training for up to 1,000 English instructors across Japan, and Training Program L&D Manager, responsible for designing and implementing training programs. Chris's management experience extends to various industries, including roles as General Manager at Ramblas Tapas and HR and Service Manager at ThirstyBear Brewing Co. In addition, Chris has a background in the arts as a Music Composer for Dance Elixir. Chris holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Miami University.
