Ryan Brown

Ryan Brown is Regional Vice President for the Western and Southwestern states, primarily consisting of projects in Texas and Colorado. During his 5 years of experience with Gables, Ryan has been involved in the development and construction of over 1,000 residential living units and 100,000 square feet of retail. Ryan has experience in constructing garden style, mid-rise and high-rise multi-family and mixed use developments as both an in-house and third-party general contractor. Prior to his experience with Gables, Ryan held similar leadership roles at Streetlights Residential in Dallas as well as The Lane Company and Colonial Properties in the Atlanta market. Ryan currently holds a General Contractor's license in the state of Florida and is a graduate of Georgia Southern University.
