Nilesh Jain

Nilesh Jain has extensive work experience as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Nilesh began their career in 1999 at NSIL Exports Limited, where they worked as a Company Secretary for six years. Nilesh then moved on to Ruchi Power and Steel Industries Limited in 2005, where they continued in the role of Company Secretary for six years. In 2011, Nilesh joined ISMT Limited as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, a position they held for four years. Most recently, they have been serving as the Head Legal and Company Secretary at Gabriel India Limited since December 2015.

Nilesh Jain attended Choithram School Indore and later pursued their education at ICSI New Delhi. Nilesh obtained a degree in Company Secretary and also completed LLB (Hons.). No specific start or end years were provided for their education.
