Bharat Simha

Bharat Simha has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Bharat is currently working at GAC Solutions as an Account & Delivery Manager since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Deegit Global Talent Leaders as a Delivery Manager from September 2014 to January 2022. In this role, they provided oversight for recruiting activities, managed recruiters, and ensured effective communication with prospective candidates. Before joining Deegit, Bharat was associated with Rapid Web Global, Inc as a Talent Acquisition specialist for a brief period in 2014. In this role, they managed full life cycle recruiting and employed creative recruitment tactics to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Bharat Simha attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1997 to 2007, where they completed their High School education. In 2009, they enrolled at JNTU Hyderabad and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science Engineering.
