Joey Carter

Joey Carter possesses extensive experience in Outside Plant (OSP) construction and management, currently serving as Project Manager at GAC Enterprises, LLC since December 2023. Prior to this role, Joey held various positions at Lumos Fiber from October 2021 to January 2024, including Senior Manager and Manager for OSP Implementation and Construction. Joey's experience also includes serving as OSP Construction Manager at Segra from January 2019 to October 2021, and various roles at Lumos Networks from June 1995 to January 2019, including OSP Construction Manager, Project Engineer, and Construction Supervisor. Early career experience includes positions at Sammons Communications, PGF Technical Services, and GTE Automatic Electric, providing a solid foundation in telecommunications and fiber network installation. Joey is a graduate of Jackson River Vocational School and Alleghany High School.
