Jennifer von Sothen

Jennifer von Sothen, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources. Jennifer joined GadellNet Consulting Services in November 2014 as a Human Resources Leader, overseeing the company's talent management and HR strategy. In February 2019, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources, where they continued to contribute to the company's growth. Most recently, in February 2022, Jennifer assumed the role of Vice President of Human Resources, where they lead HR initiatives and supports the company's expansion. Prior to joining GadellNet, Jennifer worked at Randstad USA for over 11 years, starting in 2003. Jennifer served as a Senior Site Manager/Account Manager, responsible for managing a 24/7 team and handling HR services for clients. Jennifer von Sothen, SHRM-SCP (She/Her) holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Prior to their university education, they attended East Alton Wood River Community High School from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Jennifer has obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in June 2020 and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
