Paul’s practice has focused on transport infrastructure, innovative land use and project development. He also advises on all aspects of building and construction for large-scale mixed-use developments and large commercial transactions. Paul has extensive experience in finding solutions for the integration and connectivity of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
He is highly experienced in preparing innovative structures for joint ventures both with public bodies and in the private sector, including the provision of urban renewal projects. He also has considerable expertise in all areas of rail transport infrastructure, including transit-oriented developments. Additionally, Paul advises offshore, national and local developers of residential and mixed-use precincts, retail shopping centres and luxury resorts, and leads negotiations between stakeholders and key players on multi-party transactions.
