Javier Larrea

Javier Larrea has extensive experience in systems administration and cybersecurity, serving as the Administrator of Systems at GADISA since November 1989, overseeing servers, networks, virtualization, and security. Additionally, Javier is a board member of ISMS Forum Galicia and a leader of the VMware User Group (VMUG), contributing to the creation of the group and organizing user events. Javier has also served as a lecturer for the Specialist in Industrial Cybersecurity program at Universidade de Vigo and was a member of the Vmug EMEA Leader Council, providing local insights to a global organization. Earlier career experience includes roles as a developer and programmer at GEF-LONISA and service as a corporal in the Ejercito de tierra. Javier holds degrees in General Basic Education, Baccalaureate, and is a Technical Specialist in Management and Programming from Instituto de Formación Profesional Fernando Wirtz.
