Mark Miller

Mark Miller is a Senior Manager at GAI Consultants, Inc., specializing in construction management services since February 2017. Prior to this role, Mark served as the Director of Construction Management at the Indiana Department of Transportation from 2005 to February 2017, where responsibilities included directing specifications and policies for the management of construction contracts, as well as overseeing change orders and claims resolution. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Ball State University.
