Kosala Ratnayake

Kosala Ratnayake currently serves as the Financial Controller at Gaia Greenenergy Holdings since January 2024, having previously held the position of Finance Manager for Africa & Sri Lanka at SAEMS from November 2020 to January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an Accountant in Sri Lanka for AECOM, Assistant Accountant at SPRYN Logistics, and Senior Associate at WNS Global Services, where Kosala gained extensive experience in various financial functions. Kosala began a professional career with Baker Tilly LKA as an Audit Senior. Notable achievements include receiving an award for on-the-job training in Singapore and participating in The Accounting and Finance Innovation Summit 2018. Kosala holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) specializing in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colombo and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Postgraduate Institute of Management.
