Susan Devine

Susan Devine has over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Susan began their career in 1993 as a Staff Auditor at Lindgren, Callihan, Van Osdol, LTD. In 1995, they moved to Navistar Inc. as an Internal Auditor. Susan then joined Benedek Broadcasting Corporation in 1996 as an Accounting Manager. In 1999, they became the Business Manager at WWLP-TV (Benedek Broadcasting). In 2003, they were hired as the Director of Accounting at Roberts Broadcasting Company where they created all accounting process and procedures for 3 start up television stations. In 2005, they became the Director of Accounting at Barrington Broadcasting Group (same principals as Benedek Broadcasting). Susan was responsible for coordinating the budget process, forecasting, and overseeing the central traffic system. In 2009, they moved to Leo Burnett as the Assistant Controller/Finance Director. In 2011, they joined Ogilvy as the SVP, Finance Director. In 2020, they were hired as the Senior Director of Financial Operations at Advanced Group. In this role, they oversee all financial operations for 4 business units which includes treasury, payroll, billing, and collections. Susan also leads a team of 18. In 2021, they joined Gaia Inc. as the Senior Director Finance.

Susan Devine completed their Bachelor degree in Accounting and Business from Augustana College between 1990 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended Eastland High School between 1984 and 1988. Susan also holds certifications from The Conscious Leadership Group as a Taste of Conscious Leadership Course Facilitator (obtained in November 2019) and from HeartMath LLC as a Heart Math Facilitator (obtained in October 2017). Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant.
