Stephanie Loy

Dr. Stephanie Loy was born in Effingham, Illinois. She attended Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2007.

Dr. Loy studied optometry in St. Louis, Missouri, at the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2011. At UMSL, Dr. Loy earned many awards for clinical and academic achievement, including the Paragon Optical Contact Lens Clinical Research Award and the Vision Service Plan Scholarship Award. She was also honored to be one of six students selected from across the Midwest to be awarded with the 2010 Heart of America Contact Lens Society Student Scholarship Grant. She is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, American Optometric Association, and the Illinois Optometric Association.

Dr. Loy joined Gailey Eye Clinic in 2014. She provides primary eye care, including routine eye examinations, contact lens services, treatment and management of ocular disease, and post-operative care.
