Carlos Lamar has a range of work experience, starting in 2009 with Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU). Carlos began as a Conservation Coordinator, then progressed to become a Residential Efficiency Program Coordinator II and later a Residential Efficiency Program Coordinator III.
