Alex H.

Solutions Architect at Gainsight

Alex H. has extensive work experience in various industries. Starting in 2008, they worked with the United States Air Force as a Tactical Aircraft Maintainer for F-16 aircraft until 2011. In 2011, they joined the Air National Guard and held multiple roles, including Aerospace Maintainer for C-130 aircraft from 2011 to 2015, Quality Assurance Inspector from 2015 to 2017, Maintenance Management Analyst from 2017 to the present, and Superintendent of Maintenance Operations Control from 2022 to the present.

Alongside their military career, Alex also worked as a Lead Coach for Age Group 2 at Piranhas Swim Club from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Management Analyst for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency from 2016 to 2017.

Currently, Alex is employed as a Solutions Architect at Gainsight, starting in March 2022.

Alex H. has a diverse education history. In 2015-2016, they attended Metro State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, from 2013-2014, they attended Normandale Community College and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business. Additionally, they attended the Community College of the Air Force, completing their Associate of Applied Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology in 2014.

Outside of their formal education, Alex H. has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they became a Customer Success Manager Certified Professional and earned a Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1). In 2021, they obtained the Maintenance Management Analysis Craftsman certification from the United States Air Force, and in 2018, they earned the Maintenance Management Analysis Apprentice certification, also from the United States Air Force.
