Manager, Onboarding at Gainsight

Armin Pop has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Armin started their career as a Teaching Fellow at The Barrie School, where they taught various subjects and led extracurricular activities. After that, they joined Apple, initially working as a Specialist and eventually progressing to roles such as In-Store Guest Trainer, Expert, Global Guest Trainer, and Pro. At Apple, Armin focused on building relationships with SMB customers, driving sales, delivering training, and implementing best practices. Armin then transitioned to WizeHive as an Implementation Lead, where they implemented custom solutions for clients on the platform, collaborated with Education Services, and provided subject-matter expertise. Armin's most recent role was at inSided by Gainsight, where they served as an Onboarding and Product Specialist. In this role, they onboarded clients onto the inSided platform, managed client enablement, shared best practices, and collaborated with the product team to address client feedback. Currently, Armin is working as a Solutions Architect at Gainsight.

Armin Pop obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History, German, and Mathematics from Temple University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in History at American University from 2011 to 2013.
