Courtney D. has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an After School Program staff at St Mary's Elementary School from October 2015 to June 2019. Courtney then worked as a Receptionist Sales at Jack Daniels Motors from August 2020 to October 2021. Following that, Courtney joined Shipt as a Personal Shopper from December 2021 to May 2022. Courtney then interned as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Sofive Soccer Centers from January 2022 to May 2022. Later, they worked at Northpass as a Sales Development Representative from June 2022 to December 2022, where they engaged with potential customers through various channels and generated leads. Courtney also served as a Customer Success Specialist at Northpass where they managed SMB customers, established strong relationships, facilitated onboarding and training, and explored growth opportunities in customer programs from December 2022 to July 2023. Currently, Courtney holds the position of a Junior Customer Success Manager at Gainsight starting from July 2023.
