Dheepak Ganesamoorthi

Dheepak Ganesamoorthi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Dheepak is currently working as a Product Manager at Gainsight since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager for SearchAssist.ai at Kore.ai from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for enhancing the conversational search component of the platform and adding features for enterprise search, e-commerce search, and website search. Dheepak also worked on integrating multiple data sources for federated search capabilities.

Before joining Kore.ai, Dheepak served as a Manager at ACS Solutions from 2019 to 2021. Dheepak has also held roles at Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, where they were a Senior Executive member in Media and Public Relations from 2017 to 2019, and a member of the Digitalytics: Analytics SIG of IIM Ranchi from 2017 to 2018.

Dheepak's earlier experience includes working as a Big Data Developer at Cognizant from 2015 to 2017, and as a Data Science professional at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd from 2014 to 2015.

Dheepak Ganesamoorthi completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Anna University in the years 2011 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi from 2017 to 2019.

Aside from their formal education, Dheepak has also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they became an Oracle certified professional, Java SE 6 programmer, and in 2014, they received the Oracle Certified Web Component Developer certification. In 2017, they obtained the R programmer certification from the Johns Hopkins University School of Education. More recently, in 2020, Dheepak obtained the Business Analysis & Analytical Techniques certification from Skillsoft and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
