Elisa Pacheco has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Elisa started their career as a Sales Consultant at Unum, where they specialized in consulting brokers and employers on disability and life insurance products. Elisa then worked as an Assistant Store Manager (Customer Experience Manager) at TJX, the leading off-price retailer in the US.

Elisa went on to work at Stella & Dot, a boutique-style jewelry and accessories company, where they served as an Executive Admin to the CEO and President. Elisa also worked in Human Resources/Recruiting, where they facilitated new hire orientation and communication materials.

After their time at Stella & Dot, Elisa worked as a Customer Success Manager at TalentBin by Monster.
